Refund policy

Overview

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing provided by the customer, or personal preference. We encourage all customers to review size guides, consult with us before ordering, and ask any questions prior to purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

All made-to-order and custom-stitched garments (lehengas, sarees, gowns, and festive wear)
Items altered or stitched to customer-provided measurements
Sale or discounted items
Items where incorrect measurements were submitted by the customer
Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to a customer's personal specifications.

When We Will Accept a Return

We will accept a return or offer a remedy in the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing defect
The item is significantly not as described on our website
The wrong item was delivered

This is in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to Request a Return

If your item meets the eligible conditions above:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at glamandgota.navraj@gmail.com
Include your order number and a description of the issue
Attach clear photographs showing the fault or discrepancy
Do not return the item until you have received written confirmation from us

We aim to respond to all return requests within 2–3 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Where possible, we may offer an exchange or alteration as an alternative to a refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
